  • Thanks. I had a tripod but it was difficult to use longer exposure with lower ISO because wooden deck is not stable here. So, any motion of many visitors makes unacceptable sharpness of the photo. This place is very popular tourist destination and it is really difficult to use a tripod here. Also you can catch blue hour just during two months (December and January) in year. In other time tower is closed for visitors in blue hour. One more thing. Winters were not so snowy last years and this place doesn't give nice mood on photo without snow due to dark roofs.
