The 1948 work Dali Atomicus explores the idea of suspension, depicting three cats flying, water thrown from a bucket, an easel, a footstool and Salvador Dalí all seemingly suspended in mid-air.
  • The description says that it took 28 shots. This is also the original before the wires and hands were retouched out (that's what it was called before Photoshop). Post-production in some way is as old as the art of photography. --Cart (talk) 16:29, 22 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
