- Oppose Nice idea, but all of them are capitulums of Asteraceae except the Oxalis. It really doesn't belong there. Either stick to Asteraceae or show a good representation of diverse families and flower types. Gidip (talk) 19:13, 21 April 2013 (UTC)
- Support The title clearly categorizes the image as yellow flowers, and the image is well executed. As far as Gidip´s comment, yes, it would be valuable IF the image tried to represent Asteraceaes, and probably it would be a more valuable image from the botanical perspective, but here it is yellow flowers... --Tomascastelazo (talk) 19:43, 21 April 2013 (UTC)
- Comment I like the image, but has minor technical flaws (see notes). -- ~y (talk) 21:34, 21 April 2013 (UTC)
- Thanks Yathin, but I can't find any hot pixels in the place you point to. Also, the left petals in the Arctotis flower are not blown (I just checked it) -- Alvesgaspar (talk) 11:09, 22 April 2013 (UTC)
- Thanks for checking. At first I couldn't see hot pixels on my work displays (but they aren't calibrated like the home one). However, when I turned up the brightness to 100% there are about 8-10 gray-white pixels. Really minor issue though, so adding the support anyway. -- ~y (talk) 11:53, 22 April 2013 (UTC)

- Support despite i'd rather say "inflorescences" than "flowers" from the botanical point of view --Llez (talk) 16:25, 22 April 2013 (UTC)
- Info -- I have uploaded an improved version on top of the original. An overexposed flower was replaced, gray spots were removed from the background and the space between flowers was reduced. Much better now! -- Alvesgaspar (talk) 23:24, 22 April 2013 (UTC)
- Looks awesome now. Thank you! -- ~y (talk) 09:37, 23 April 2013 (UTC)

- Comment -- Nice to see around, Michael! What about cleaning up the dust from the camera and coming back to FPC?... Alvesgaspar (talk) 09:21, 26 April 2013 (UTC)

- Support This would easily be Pablo Neruda's favorite Commons picture (And I actually love the fly on the one in the right column third from top. Reminds us the world can't be perfect). Daniel Case (talk) 16:24, 28 April 2013 (UTC)
