•  Support It appears the nebulous oddity to which Karelj refers is simply detritus on the tree limb like that before the bird but covered in his/her/its shadow, and I don't think such item should really be construed as diminishing the quality of the composition; it's certainly not, at least to my eye, distracting or otherwise inappropriate.
