- Info Low quality, poor detail, and small resolution and file size have led to its delisting from the Spanish and English Wikipedias. Both were later replaced by this image. (Original nomination)

- @SHB2000 We have older images that are much better than this photo. This photo should not be an exception, considering it was taken by the US government, which naturally has older images of higher quality (e.g. STS-1). This image does not meet the current FP standards and expectations, even for its time. Many images from this period that were nominated for featured picture status have since been delisted, and this image is no exception. -- Zzzs (talk) 05:03, 18 June 2024 (UTC)
