- Info User:Arpingstone is author and uploader. Reason to delist (Original nomination)
- Delist Good composition, but blown white zones, noisy, and blurred. -- Snowmanradio (talk) 19:00, 8 January 2011 (UTC)
- Delist Crop is too tight as well. --The High Fin Sperm Whale 23:13, 8 January 2011 (UTC)
- Neutral I think that would not have to be reconsidered the past in cases like this. We would have to watch for the future and respecting the past--Miguel Bugallo 23:29, 9 January 2011 (UTC)
- Using current standards, it seems to me that this image has several problems that would make it difficult to justify it being kept as an FP. Presumably, records of its former achievement would be kept. Snowmanradio (talk) 10:40, 10 January 2011 (UTC)
NeutralSnowmanradio´s reasons are the same as those given during it´s nomination. Becouse of that, I agree with Miguel on this one, but also as nothing new, really, has come up.--Snaevar (talk) 23:47, 9 January 2011 (UTC)
- A lot has changed — see the start of the de-listing section above; "Over time, featured picture standards change. It may be decided that for some pictures which were formerly "good enough", this is no longer the case." Snowmanradio (talk) 10:36, 10 January 2011 (UTC)
- I accept your opinion, but only since the guidelines, as we know them today did not exist on the date of promotion of this image, altrough in principle there where the same voting rules. (see Commons:Featured_picture_candidates&oldid=1529475). Also, I withdraw my vote to evaluate the picture at a later date.--Snaevar (talk) 16:47, 10 January 2011 (UTC)

- Delist Would not pass today, not up to current standards. Arguments about "respecting the past" are silly- if it's not good enough, it's not good enough, whether or not it was a while ago. J Milburn (talk) 15:12, 10 January 2011 (UTC)
- Delist per Snowmanradio and High Fin. --Avenue (talk) 12:53, 11 January 2011 (UTC)
