Reason | I have wanted to make an improved image of Viborg, the town in Denmark I live in, for some time. The town can be photographed from many directions, and of course aerial. After some thought I decided that the town is best seen from the East from the bank of one of the lakes sorrounding Viborg. From that direction there is also this and this available. Another option would be from the road going between the lakes towards Viborg, like here or here, but I think there is too much vegetation obstructing the view. The latin name for Viborg is Wibergis, which means "holy place on a hill". The holy place is where the cathedral is now, and it can be seen to be uphill. Also other landmark builldings are seen well from this view such as the (ugly) while hospital, and Sortebrødre Kirke, the first church in Denmark where Lutheranean ceremonies were conducted after the reformation in the 16th century. -- Slaunger (talk) |

Support All criteria met. Thank you for explanations. I realize that we neglect this field wrongly. here has given me the desire to see where your city it was located. For southern French, we always feel that the ice starts a little after Belgium ... --Archaeodontosaurus (talk) 05:50, 15 June 2012 (UTC)
