Description

Ginkgo biloba L.

Afrikaans: Dwarssnit van 'n loot van die relikte naaksadige plant Ginkgo biloba. Vir dié anatomiese studie is die loot van 'n plant geknip wat al baie jare lank in die kweekhuis van die Omsk-kinderekosentrum groei. Hierdie plantspesie word dikwels 'n "lewende fossiel" genoem, aangesien die Ginkgo-klas tydens die Mesosoïkum wydverspreid op aarde voorgekom het. Die deursnee van hierdie dwarssnit van 'n G. biloba-loot is slegs 4 mm, en die dikte van die snit is 30 mikrometer. Hierdie mikrofoto is 'n stiksel van 17 sektore van 'n dwarssnit in 'n jaarlikse opname wat afsonderlik gefotografeer is. Die permanente voorbereiding, ligmikroskopie en helderveldbeligting is dié van die outeur. Polychroom-materiaalkleuring met behulp van Wacker.

Диаметр поперечного среза побега Ginkgo biloba L. 4 мм, толщина среза 30 микрометров. Микрофотография является сшивкой сфотографированных отдельно 17 секторов поперечного среза годичного побега. Авторский постоянный препарат, полихромная окраска тканей по Wacker. Световая микроскопия, светлопольное освещение.

Для анатомических исследований побег Ginkgo biloba срезан с растения, много лет растущего в оранжерее БОУ ДОД г. Омска "Детский ЭкоЦентр"
