Description
English: The dragonfly Blue-eyed Hawker (= Southern Migrant Hawker), Aeshna affinis. This is a female in the rare blue (male-coloured) form. Sorry for the poor image quality.
Deutsch: Ein Weibchen der Südlichen Mosaikjungfer (Aeshna affinis) in der seltenen blauen (männchenfarbenen) Form. Das Tier macht gerade eine Pause zwischen der Eiablage – die solo über einer wechselnassen Fläche (ausgetrockneter Tümpel) in einer Kiesgrube stattfand. Das Foto ist technisch leider nicht gut gelungen, wird hier aber wegen des dokumentarischen Wertes trotzdem gezeigt.
