„Dalīts – pēda ar sudrabu un zilu; augšējā laukā 3 dīseles veidā liktas, pie pamatnes savienotas, zelta ozola lapas, kuras pavada 3 sudraba piecstaru zvaigznes.“
Apstiprināts 1998. gada 24. novembrī. Trīs ozola lapas simbolizē HES turbīnas, kuras griež Daugavas ūdens. Trīs zvaigznes – trīs Latvijas vēsturiskie novadi: Latgale, Kurzeme, Vidzeme. Apakšā sudraba Daugava.

В лазурном поле с серебряной оконечностью направленные в три стороны, у основания соединенные золотые дубовые листья, сопровождаемые тремя серебряными пятиконечными звездами.
