(Барон Александр Антонович (Александр Фридрих) фон Таубе (1825 - 1875) - генерал - майор, витебский губернский воинский начальник. Сын барона Антона Максимовича (Антона Фромгольда) фон Таубе(1787-1848), полковника, участника Отечественной войны 1812 года и Маргариты Юлианы фон Мореншильдт (1795 - 1849). Брат барона Максима (Магнуса Карла) Антоновича фон Таубе (1826-1910), генерала от артиллерии, члена Государственного совета. Отец барона Александра Александровича фон Таубе (ум. 1907), чиновника министерства финансов, женатого на Евгении N. урожденной Масилевич. Дед баронессы Ирины Александровны фон Таубе (1902 - 1974), в первом браке, за польским офицером Кулак-Кулаковским, во втором, за офицером противовоздушной обороны Войска Польского Бронислвом Закжевским (Bronislaw Titus Wilhem Zakrzewski).)
