Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Multilayer reflectance as a function of both wavelength (in nm, x-axis) and angle of incidence (y-axis). The brightest reflectance is located in the greenish and light blue regions. At the shorter wavelengths, the reflectance is larger at larger angles, while for longer wavelengths, it is larger for smaller angles. Reference: R. Meisels and F. Kuchar, Adaptation of the reflectance of Bragg mirrors to wide source spectra, 2019 EUVL Workshop, Berkeley, June 10 - 13, 2019.
