(c) S. RIMBAUD OFFICIAL AUTHORIZATION FOR ANY REUSE OF THIS PHOTOGRAPH ON ANY MATERIAL (WEBSITE, TV, PUBLICATION, ETC.)I, S. RIMBAUD, give my authorization for any use of this picture, which has been used by many media (newspapers, televisions) since the 5th April 2013. The initial protection was set up in order to prevent from an unauthorized use of the picture on other websites. Apparently it failed, someone indeed copied it and put it up on Wikimedia Commons even though... Now, recognizing that all the world media reused this picture, the authorization is granted to anyone to reuse that material for any matter, on Wikipedia articles or on any other website or material, provided that the name of the original photographer ("S. RIMBAUD") will be mentioned. I am the real photographer and I can prove it if needed (I've got some other photos about that symbolic location (top of the Monts du Forez, the main tower can be seen from 7 French departments around) and the beautiful landscape all around it which I took during a walk to the top of the mountain Pierre-Sur-Haute. Now, it seems funny, but the station celebrates its 100 years of existence just this year... Thanks in advance to the contributor(s) that could correct the possible language mistakes in this authorization text. Stop the debate. You can reuse this picture freely if needed. 10th April 2013, S. RIMBAUD |

The depicted structure situated in or visible from public space (e.g. a building, a bridge, a signage) in France is ineligible for copyright as it is a simple or ordinary work with no architectural or artistic properties that would have made it a copyrighted structure. It may also be a work of an engineer (like an infrastructure), not of an architect. In several countries like South Korea and the United States, bridges are not among their copyrightable works.
