Français : Moulins (Allier), la cathédrale en travaux, années 1860

Épreuve d'époque sur papier albuminé d'après négatif verre montée sur support bristol.

23,6 x 36,7 cm. Support : 48 x 63 cm.

Dans cette image, un groupe d'hommes prend la pose au pied de l'édifice : l'évèque Simon Louis Marie de Dreux-Brézé accompagné probablement du curé ou du doyen du chapitre de Moulins ; les deux laïcs sont sans doute les architectes Eugène Millet et Paul Selmersheim.
