Description
There is clearly more going on here than suggested by the experts at Bruun Rasmussen in their rather unimaginative choice of title. The dinghy in the center is not manned with fishermen but appears to be a boat sent from the Danish ship in the background, probably an inspection vessel of the Danish Navy. A person in the dinghy is trying to get in contact with the captain of the ship to the right.
