Guión y Estandarte que corresponden a S.A.R. el Príncipe de España

En su virtud dispongo:

  • Artículo único.- Su Alteza Real don Juan Carlos de Borbón y Borbón, en su condición de Príncipe de España y Sucesor en la Jefatura del Estado a título de Rey, tendrá el guión y estandarte cuyas características se detallan en los anexos que siguen:

Anexo n°1.- Guión.

  • 1. Descripción.- Será un pendón cuadro, todo él rodeado de un cordoncillo de oro, del que arranca un fleco de hilo del mismo metal.

El fondo será de color azul oscuro y, bordado sobre él, en su centro, escudo caurtelado: Primero, de gules, con un castillo de oro, almenado de tres almenas y donjonado de tres torres, cada una con tres almenas de lo mismo, mazonado de sable y aclarado de azur, que es de Castilla; segundo, de plata, con un león rampante de gules coronado de oro, lampasado y armado de lo mismo, que es de León; tercero de oro, con cuatro palos de gules, es de Aragón; cuarto, de gules, con una cadena de oro puesta en orla, en cruz y aspa, con un punto de sinople en abismo, que es de Navarra; entando en punta, de plata, con una hojada de dos hojas de sinople, que es de Granada. En escusón, de azur, tres flores de lis de oro, que es de Borbón.

Como símbolos del Movimiento Nacional lleva acolada al escudo la cruz roja de Borgoña y, a diestra y siniestra de la punta del mismo, el yugo, de gules, en su posición natural con cintas de los mismo, y el haz de cinco flechas, de gules, con puntas hacia abajo y cintas de lo mismo.
El todo rodeado del Toisón de Oro y rematado de corona del mismo metal y pedrería, con ocho florones, visibles cinco, y ocho perlas intercaladas, cerradas con cuatro diademas guarnecidas también de perlas, y rematadas por una cruz sobre un globo que es la de Príncipe...
