English: Or, a saltire Gules, a chief tierced per pale, in the 1st, Vert, a sinister gauntlet, and in the 3rd, also Vert, a dexter gauntlet, both Proper, and in the 2nd, Argent, a pale Sable.

Above the Shield is placed a Coronet appropriate to a statutory Area Council, videlicet:- issuant from a circlet eight paling piles (three and two halves visible) Or and eight garbs (four visible) of the Last, banded Sable, and in an Escrol under the Shield this Motto "Look Aboot Ye".

The arms were granted on March 7, 1996.
