Español: Júpiter, transformado en buey, rapta a Europa (Metamorfosis, libro II de Ovidio). Erasmus Quellinus (1607-1678), colaborador de Pedro Pablo Rubens en el proyecto de la decoración de la Torre de la Parada, pinta al óleo sobre lienzo (1636-1638) este mito, siguiendo el boceto de su maestro. Tiziano (1560-1562), ya pintó este episodio mitológico.
