Summary
[edit]DescriptionFerens Art Gallery at Night - geograph.org.uk - 1560622.jpg |
English: Ferens Art Gallery at Night Ferens Art Gallery is situated in Victoria square in Hull. The area is illuminated by high pressure sodium lighting which gives rise to this weird effect. Superficially, it looks as though the square was deserted, but the long exposure has 'lost' the people as none were standing still at the time! |
