► This is the official civil flag, civil and state ensign of Hungary, with 2:3 proportion. The definition of the ensign is issued in a Hungarian law "1995. LXXXIII. tv. (Njt)" §7. See "Other versions" for generic Hungarian flags.

► Magyarország hivatalos lobogója a magyar tengeri és folyami hajókon, továbbá egyéb vízi járműveken az állami felségjog jelzésére. Meghatározása a nemzeti jelképekről szóló 1995. évi LXXXIII. törvény 7.§-ában olvasható. A zászló oldalainak méretaránya 2:3. A magyar zászló általános változatainak megtekintéséhez kövesse az "Other versions"-nél felsorolt hivatkozásokat. Lásd még: Magyarország zászlaja.

This file is in the public domain in Hungary according to the Hungarian Copyright Act (Act No. LXXVI of 1999 on copyright) (consolidated actual text see WIPO) as one or more of the following applies:
