Own work. Geometry based on description and diagrams in National Standard TCVN 2242:1977.

Rectangular flag, bright red flag background. The center of the star is in the center of the flag, one wing is facing straight up, the stars must be straight. The width of the flag is 2/3 of the length. From the center of the star to the tip of a star wing is 1/5 of the length of the flag.
