Description
English: De facto Flag of the Philippines in light (sky) blue. In use prior to official recommendation of NHI on May 1985 on official authoritative shade cable number 80176 or Oriental Blue.[1]

  • The design was taken from Executive Order No. 20, s. 1936 and exact colors from the official website of the National Historical Commission of the Philippines based on the January 24, 1955 construction sheet approved by the Philippine Heraldry Committee for the purpose of standardizing the specifications of the flag.[2][3][4]
