Inscriptions

Monogram bottom:

A.C.C.P.P.S. [Anna Catharina Constantia Principissa Poloniae Sueciae]
Notes Part of a set of similar tapestries. The tapestry has no reference to Palatinate-Neuburg, hence it was created before Anna Catherine Constance's marriage to Philip William of Neuburg. She must have received it when she was a child or young girl, perhaps at her baptism, as the symbolic figures of women with cross and palm branch seem to suggest (Ysselsteyn).
