Deutsch: Beschreibung aus Karl Woermanns Galeriekatalog 1887: Die Anbetung der Könige. Unter offener Holzhalle sitzt Maria mit dem Kinde auf einem Felsen, hinter dem Joseph hevorblickt. Vorn beten die drei Könige an; der schwarze, rechts, ist erst im Begriffe niederzuknieen; der jüngere weisse, links, ist bereits in die Kniee gesunken; der ältere, in der Mitte, küsst schon des kleinen Heilands Fuss. Zahlreiches, mitverehrendes Gefolge knieet links und rechts. Besonders lebhaft streckt die Gruppe links vor den Elefanten und Kameelen die Arme aus. Ganz vorn drei Hunde. Undeutliche bez. R – 1564.
