Flaggenbeschreibung
„Die Flagge der Stadt Penzlin ist längsgestreift von Rot, Gelb und Rot. Die äußeren roten Streifen nehmen jeweils ein Fünftel, der gelbe Mittelstreifen nimmt drei Fünftel der Höhe des Flaggentuches ein und ist in der Mitte mit dem Stadtwappen belegt.“
