Deutsch: Hissflagge des Landkreises Waldshut (Baden-Württemberg)

Der Kreistag des Landkreises Waldshut hat die Annahme der nachstehend beschriebenen Flagge beschlossen, die das Innenministerium Baden-Württemberg am 8. März 1989 genehmigte.

„Die Flagge ist gelb-grün gestreift (Querform: Streifen waagerecht verlaufend, Längsform: Streifen senkrecht verlaufend) und mit dem Kreiswappen belegt (Querform: mittig, Längsform: im oberen Drittel.“

Die Blasonierung dieses vom Innenministerium Baden-Württemberg am 11. Dezember 1973 genehmigten Kreiswappens lautet:

„Durch einen silbernen Wellenschrägbalken geteilt, oben in Grün ein schrägliegender, aus dem hinteren Schildrand wachsender goldener Abtsstab, unten in Blau ein goldenes Turbinenrad.“
