Description
Español: Se costeó con festivales benéficos, sorteos de objetos donados por comerciantes y el alquiler de almohadillas en el estadio de Balaídos. Abrió sus puertas en 1953 en un solar donado por el ayuntamiento. Benefactores contribuyeron a que el dispensario gratuito de enfermos sin recursos fuese una realidad. Entre sus logros está haber instalado la primera unidad de diálisis infantil y la puesta en marcha de los servicios de Socorro Diurno y emergencia nocturno, neurología, rehabilitación y un fichero de donantes de sangre. Se cerró el día 21 de mayo de 2010."
