Description
Español: Fotografía tomada por José Saldaña Rico a la página 27 del Primer Informe de Gobierno del Lic. Ildefonso Velásquez Martínez, Presidente Municipal del IV Ayuntamiento de Tijuana, B.C., rendido el 1o. de diciembre de 1963. En la fotografía aparece con Manuel Quirós, Presidente Municipal del II Ayuntamiento de Tijuana y miembro de la Logia Masónica Ignacio Zaragoza No. 3 de Tijuana, B.C. El texto a pie de foto dice: "Momento en que el señor Lic. Ildefonso Velásquez entrega un pergamino al ex-alcalde de la ciudad, Don Manuel Quirós, nombrándolo Consejero del Municipio".
