Description
Español: "Insignia del Almirante Jefe del Estado Mayor de la Armada" de acuerdo con la REGLA NÚMERO 2 del TÍTULO III (CAPÍTULO 3) del texto consolidado del Real Decreto 1511/1977. Se describe en el Punto 1 de la siquiente manera: "Será una bandera cuadra de los colores de la Bandera Nacional, llevando en el centro de la franja gualda el emblema de la Armada, y una estrella de cinco puntas, emblema simplificado del Estado Mayor, color azul, y en sentido horizontal."

No obstante, se denota que "Si bien el texto de esta regla [REGLA NÚMERO 2, CAPÍTULO III, TÍTULO III] no se ha modificado expresamente, la imagen que se reproduce de esta insignia corresponde a la versión actual de uso reglamentario en las Fuerzas Armadas, conforme a lo establecido en la Ley 39/2007 [...]"

Por lo tanto, la imagen y construcción de la insignia mostrada no coincide con la descrita por la regla. Se estipula que la mostrada "corresponde a la versión actual de uso reglamentario". Por tanto, cabe calificar a esta como "(Reglamentaria)", y la variante descrita será calificada como "(Texto Consolidado)".
