Description
English: Map of Europe in November–December 2005, showing the percentage of citizens of each country who had enough native or non-native knowledge of the English language to hold a conversation in English, in the then-25 member states of the European Union (EU) plus the then-4 candidate member states Croatia, Romania, Bulgaria, and Turkey, as reported by the Special Eurobarometer 243: Europeans and their Languages (February 2006), pages 141–143, 152–154.
