  • The merchant Axel Prior and then his widow Hanne Prior, née Renton.
  • Collection of Einar Polander, Denmark.
  • 17 April 2007: auctioned at Bruun Rasmussen, Bredgade Copenhagen. Lot 770/93. Sold for DKK 50,000 (EUR 6,800).
Exhibition history This might have been the version exhibited at Charlottenborg, Copenhagen in 1879, no. 426, title "Frugtbærersker fra Amalfi".
