English: Younger male Scarce Chaser (Libellula fulva), just becoming adult (recognizable by the color change from orange to blue). Note the spotting on the wing tips of this dragonfly (for males sometimes only weak or maybe totally absent).
Deutsch: Jüngeres Männchen des Spitzenflecks (Libellula fulva), das gerade ausreift und seine Abdomenfarbe von Orange nach Blau wechselt (auch die Augen werden noch blau werden). Die namensgebende Fleckung an den Flügelspitzen dieser Großlibelle ist gut erkennbar (bei Männchen aber manchmal nur schwach ausgeprägt oder sogar fehlend). |
