עברית: תצלום של האמן אפרים משה ליליין יושב יושב ליד שולחן עבודתו, אוחז בעט ודיו. על הקיר מאחוריו תלויה כרזה שאותה יצר לכבוד הקונגרס הציוני החמישי בבאזל. בכרזה מופיע אדם חורש בשדה, ובקצה הכרזה גדר תיל ומלאך. האיור מייצג את גירוש האדם הראשון מגן עדן ואת הקללה "בזיעת אפיך תאכל לחם".

הגלויה נוצרה כנראה סביב שנת 1902 שבה התקיים הקונגרס. ליליין, שהיה ממייסדי האקדמיה לאמנות "בצלאל", מציע בגלויה זו פרשנות מרתקת למושג "אדם עובד": אותה קללה קדומה מקבלת תפנית עם עליית הציונות על הבמה. הציונות הרואה בעבודת האדמה ערך מקודש שופכת אור חיובי על המושג. ליליין אף הוא מוצב בתמונה כאדם עובד, ומוסיף עוד נופך מעניין של עבודה יצירתית שאינה עבודת אדמה.

הגלויה נוצרה בגרמניה בראשית המאה ה-20 ונתרמה לספרייה הלאומית יחד עם הארכיון האישי של אפרים משה ליליין.
