Français : Louis XV rend visite à Pierre le Grand à l'hôtel de Lesdiguières, le 10 mai 1717. Huile sur toile (1838) de Louise Marie-Jeanne Hersent, née Mauduit (1784-1862). Versailles, musée national des châteaux de Versailles et de Trianon. Maria Tchobanov pense que l'on peut reconnaître : au premier plan à gauche, de profil, le duc du Maine, surintendant de l'éducation du roi ; puis, de face, en habit rouge, le maréchal de Villeroy, gouverneur du roi ; derrière celui-ci, Fleury, précepteur du roi ; et, à droite, au premier plan, le prince Boris Kourakine, qui fait office d'interprète.
