A French soldier targets a French Mirage aircraft with an Anti-Aircraft Missile system called the Mistral during a simulated aerial attack exercise here June 11. This exercise is one example of the cooperative relationship between French garrison forces and Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa forces in Djibouti.
