Русский: Современный герб Белгородской области с новой прорисовкой. По изображению орла были замечания, в т.ч. геральдической палаты: не соблюдены анатомические пропорции, форма клюва от попугая. В связи с этим длина крыльев увеличена на 20%, а лапы уменьшены на 15% по сравнению с оригиналом, изменена форма клюва. Перья на крыльях прорисованы заново. Компьютерная обработка и доработка: В. Лобачев.
