Notes This is one of the artist portraits from the publication 'Pictorum Aliquot Celebrium Praecipuae Germaniae Inferioris Effigies' published by Volcxken Dierix in Antwerp in 1572. The book was authored by Dominicus Lampsonius and the prints created by Johannes Wierix, Adriaen Collaert and Cornelis Cort. It is believed that the monogram IHW refers to Johannes Wierix.
