"Drappo di colore azzurro riccamente ornato di ricami d’argento e caricato dallo stemma, con l’iscrizione centrata in argento: 'Città di Porto Empedocle'. Le parti di metallo ed i cordoni sono argentati. L’asta verticale è ricoperta di velluto azzurro con bullette argentate poste a spirale. Cravatta e nastro tricolorati dai colori nazionali frangiati di argento”."
