Español: Retrato del jurista español Pedro Sainz de Andino (1786-1863), fiscal y miembro del Consejo de Hacienda de España y de la Cámara de Castilla desde 1829, siendo además el responsable jurídico de la creación de la Bolsa de Madrid en 1834. Trabajó además en la preparación del Reglamento del Banco Español de San Fernando y del Código de Comercio, ambos en 1829, trabajo que completó con la Ley de Enjuiciamiento Comercial de 1830. Fue miembro de la Real Academia de la Historia.
