English: Roland at the Battle of Roncesvalles based on The Song of Roland etching by A Closs [Adolf (Georg) Closs (1840-1894) or possibly his son Gustav Adolf Carl Closs (1864 - 1938) ] based on painting by Louis-Félix Guesnet (1843–1907) widely published in multiple books. Blowing his Olifant (horn) for help while holding his sword Durendal while mounted on his horse Veillantif. Roland's Breach is in the background.
