| Coat of arms | English: of the town of Pont-à-Mousson. The bridge references to the one across the Moselle. That bridge gave its name to the town and allowed its growth. The escutcheon belonged to the Counts of Bar  , who ruled also MoussonFrançais : de la ville de Pont-à-Mousson. Le pont fait référence à celui sur la Moselle qui a donné son nom à la ville et qui est à l'origine de son développement, et l'écu est celui des comtes de Bar qui furent aussi seigneurs de Mousson |
