English: Young male specimen of the Common Winter Damselfly (Sympecma fusca), sitting on a stalk of Softstem bulrush.
Deutsch: Junges Männchen einer Gemeinen Winterlibelle (Sympecma fusca) der neuen Schlupfgeneration des Sommers. Der Ansitz ist ein Stängel der Salz-Teichbinse. Wie für Winterlibellen typisch, werden die eingeklappten Flügel alle auf einer Seite des Körpers gehalten – in der Regel ist es die der Sonne abgewandte Abdomenseite. Man sieht die Art ja eigentlich schon im April/Mai fliegen und sich paaren – als erste Libellen überhaupt. Dabei handelt es sich aber um überwinterte Imagines des Vorjahres. |
