Description
Binary Walsh matrix of order 8 with numbered Walsh functions

The rows and columns of the small square matrix correspond to the Walsh functions in the rectangular matrices.
In the same way the short rows or columns of the rectangular matrices correspond to the Walsh functions in the big square matrix.
