Description
Deutsch: Wolfgang Ramadan. Fotografiert am 8.11.1998 in seiner Mietwohnung in München-Milbertshofen. Ramadan spielte von 1998-2001 den populären Mieter Wolfgang für die Süddeutsche Zeitung. Erschienen in: Süddeutsche Zeitung Nr. 262 am 13. November 1998. Kolumnentext: Unser Mieter Wolfgang sollte sein schweres Handwerkszeug lieber wieder in der Gerätekiste verschwinden lassen. Dass in seinem Mietvertrag Schönheitsreparaturen vereinbart wurden, besagt lediglich, dass er fällige Maler- und Tapezierarbeiten in bestimmten Intervallen vornehmen muss. Und bevor er damit anfängt, sollte er seine Brille putzen und den Mietvertrag endlich einmal mit Verstand durchlesen. Nicht alle Klauseln, die ihm sein Vermieter da hineinschrieb, sind nämlich gültig. Sie sind es auch dann nicht, wenn er blindlings den Vertag unterschrieben hat, was er ohnehin hätte tunlichst vermeiden sollen. Im Zweifelsfall ist ein vorsorglicher Gang zu einer örtlichen Mieterberatung empfehlenswert, denn: Fragen kostet nichts, Irrtümer sind teuer.
