Description
English: Coat of arms of Kharkiv Oblast.
Русский: Герб Харьковской области без венка и украшений. Герб "Рог изобилия" дарован губернии и губернскому городу Харькову императрицей Екатериной Второй, действующий в настоящее время. Упрощённый вариант на обложке телефонного справочника города (тонкого), выпущенного городским советом в 2011 году и подаренного всем инвалидам города в 2012 году.
