These arms are NOT for William Hew Douglas, but another with a similar name.
William Hew Douglas is NOT Lord of Ardgour. Nor is the owner of these arms.

@Shipsview: Hello, this CoA is the arms of William Hew Douglas, Lord of Ardgour House, Major in the British Army, Great-grandson of Sholto Douglas, 19th Earl of Morton by his 4th son William. You must be talking about a person with the same name, but that doesn't justify deleting the file in my opinion. Nevertheless, thank you for bringing this matter to my attention. (talk)

The grandson of the 19th Earl of Morton is Major William Hew Sholto Douglas. He was born in Ardgour House but is not lord thereof. Shipsview (talk) 18:06, 10 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
