"Of reflux"

[edit]

Hello, The legend contains the expression "of reflux" twice. Presumably it reflects di reflusso in the corresponding Italian legend (Diffusione cultura vaso campaniforme.svg), but in English it is not clear what "of reflux" means. Can someone improve the English legend, please? --Frans Fowler (talk) 22:16, 3 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

The expression "of reflux" has been used in the book "The Oxford Handbook of the European Bronze Age" and in many others, it was first used by Edward Sangmeister. -- Fulvio 314 17:33, 4 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Expansion

[edit]

The direction of expansion seems highly problematic to me; the Bell Beaker spread from Portugal northwards, not vice versa. The source, Stuart Piggott (1965), Ancient Europe, may be seriously outdated... Joshua Jonathan (talk) 10:10, 22 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
