Hi NNW, appearantly there's a new province. Still, there's no real good template and I'm not sure if the new province is already a fully operating administrative body and how reliable sources are. However that's what WilliamThweatt wrote me (extract from my de:User Talk page):

Hello. Here is another source in which the sixth paragraph lists the districts (and one city) that have been cut from Kampong Cham to make the new province. Also, here is a source in Thai with a map showing (roughly) the dividing line.--WilliamThweatt (talk) 05:05, 14 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]
