- Czechoslovak government and Czechoslovakia does not exist. This is definitely not a property of the Czech government - only possible legal holder left is Ukraine. But all this does not matter any way as we talking about "PD" PUBLIC DOMAIN - which is just the opposite to the "IP", so your link is totally does not apply here. {{PD-CzechGov}} that you want to use means that it is NOT a property of the Czech government - this is absolutely correct, but usually what legally matter is the country where it is currently used.
