Retouching

Nicolae Ceausescu's hair seem to be retouched, his head is heightened this way, to make him appear as tall as Mikhail Gorbachev. Nicolae Ceausescu was 1.68 m tall and Mikhail Gorbachev was 1.75 m tall.
